We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violation of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Anxiera Botanical Mist is a two-step botanical dietary supplement. It is not a drug and is not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding this product have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Use the product only as directed. Orders ship from Boston, Massachusetts, within 24 hours. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, address errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law.

We ship within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for confirming that the product may lawfully be imported and used in their destination country and for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local requirements not collected at checkout.

A customer may request a 100% money-back guarantee within the 21-day trial window. An approved 100% money-back guarantee equals the amount paid for the eligible product order plus 1% of that amount. No return shipment is required.

To request a refund, email hello@anxieralabs.com with your name and order information before the trial window expires. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to ordinary payment-processor timing. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

You are responsible for reading the label, following the two-step directions, storing the product properly, and keeping it away from children. Do not use a damaged, contaminated, expired, altered, or improperly stored product.

The Anxiera Labs name, product names, formulations, packaging, text, graphics, photographs, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Anxiera Labs, Inc. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anxiera Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from an order, product, website, shipping delay, or misuse. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms prospectively to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal obligations. The version presented when you place an order governs that transaction.
