Refund & Returns Policy

The trial window begins on the date the carrier records your order as delivered and continues for 14 calendar days. To qualify, your refund request must be sent before the window expires.

The product may be opened and used as directed during the trial.

For an eligible $1 trial order, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Currency conversion rates and payment-provider fees for international transactions remain outside our control.

You do not need to mail the product, packaging, or used containers back to us to receive an approved refund. This avoids unnecessary shipping and respects the personal-use nature of the product.

Please do not send an unsolicited return to our Boston office.

Email hello@anxieralabs.com within the trial window. Include your name, order number, the email address used for purchase, and a brief statement requesting the trial refund.

We may request limited additional information needed to locate the transaction, confirm delivery, or prevent duplicate claims.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at hello@anxieralabs.com with your order details. Photographs may be requested when useful for carrier or quality review.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate replacement or refund without requiring return shipping unless we expressly arrange otherwise.

Orders ship from Boston, generally within 24 hours, to addresses in the United States and internationally. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier operations, customs review, and local conditions.

International customers remain responsible for any customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination jurisdiction. These matters do not alter the 21-day period, which begins upon recorded delivery.

We may decline duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible claims, including repeated claims associated with the same customer, household, payment method, or delivery address.
